• Use of the resort grounds, including beach, swimming pools, and other amenities.
• Use of sailboats, sea kayaks, and windsurfers.
• Use of sports area including volleyball, horseshoes, and game area.
• Dining privileges at the resorts’ restaurants, bars and grills.
• Mail delivery and forwarding.
• Weekly cleaning while the unit is occupied.
• Daily scheduled boat trips to San Pedro Town.
• Use of 300-foot pier during Occupancy Period.
• Right to reserve Friends and Family Units (Additional Use Charges Apply).
• Storage area for personal belongings (to be placed in unit before arrival).
• Repair & maintenance of the Residences, grounds and amenities.
• Staffing of all Club personnel.
• Administrative and general expenses including utilities, insurance, taxes, etc.
• Allowances for replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
